Product Description

Aniline leather dye is a specialized type of dye used for coloring leather products. It gets its name from its main component, aniline, which is an organic compound.

Aniline leather dye has several features that make it a popular choice for leather treatment:

  • Transparency: aniline dye penetrates the leather pores and creates a transparent tint, preserving the natural texture and depth of the leather. This helps maintain the authentic look of leather goods.
  • Vibrant shades: aniline dye has bright and rich colors, allowing for vivid and expressive tones on leather.
  • Flexibility: aniline dye is flexible and elastic, making it ideal for coloring leather subjected to bending and stretching, such as leather shoes or bags.
  • Natural appearance: aniline dye retains natural marks, patterns, and even imperfections on the leather surface, creating a unique and natural look for the dyed products.
  • Leather penetration: aniline dye penetrates deeply into the leather and adapts to its structure, providing long-lasting color fastness.
  • Finish without film:Aniline dye does not form a film on the leather surface, preserving its breathability and natural tactile feel.

Aniline leather dye can be used to color various leather items such as shoes, bags, belts, clothing, and other accessories. However, it’s important to note that using aniline dye requires certain skills and caution, as it can be more challenging to apply than other types of dyes and requires thorough surface preparation and correct application to achieve the desired results.

Recommended method for applying aniline leather dye:

  1. Before starting, thoroughly mix the composition until achieving a uniform consistency.
  2. For spray application, it is recommended to use a pressure of 2.5-4 atmospheres and a nozzle size of 0.3-1.5 mm. Apply between one and three coats with intermediate drying using a hairdryer.
  3. For sponge or applicator pad application, apply the dye in circular motions with a thin layer.
  4. After applying the dye, let it dry. It is recommended to wait 24 hours at room temperature or 30 minutes in a drying oven at 70 degrees.
  5. After the final drying, it is recommended to treat the item with finishing products.

Safe use and storage conditions:

  • The composition is flammable, so work should be carried out away from open flames in a well-ventilated area.
  • It is recommended to wear protective gloves to avoid contact with the dye on the skin.
  • If dye gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Store the dye in a tightly sealed container, out of reach of children.
  • The shelf life of the composition is 24 months when stored at temperatures from +5 to +35 degrees.

Before applying aniline dye to the item, it is recommended to perform a test on a hidden area and only proceed with dyeing if the results are satisfactory.
