Vlotho ENGER Leather Softener

VLOTHO ENGER — a professional water-based finishing product that gives leather and textile materials softness, elasticity, and a smooth, pleasant feel. After treatment, the material becomes more pliable, gains a silky surface, recovers better from creasing, and maintains comfort during use. The product is especially effective for softening dense, stiff, or overdried leather, as well as jackets and other items after dyeing with covering paints.
VLOTHO ENGER increases the material’s volumetric elasticity, improves abrasion resistance, facilitates stitching, and retains its properties even after multiple washes and dry cleanings. Suitable for professional treatment of natural leather and textiles.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For leather

1. Thoroughly mix the product before use.

2. Apply the product evenly using a sponge, soft applicator, or trigger spray.

3. Allow the item to dry completely naturally.

4. Maximum softening effect is achieved 2–3 days after treatment.

For textiles

1. Pre-dilute the product with twice the amount of cold water.

2. Add the solution to the working bath with gentle stirring.

3. Use of equipment with high solution turbulence and ejector (nozzle) dyeing machines is not recommended.

4. Maximum material softness is achieved 2–3 days after treatment.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• For leather treatment, use a sponge, applicator, or trigger spray.

• It is not recommended to apply the product with a spray gun, airbrush, or other devices that create fine mist spray.

• After storage at below-freezing temperatures, the product may thicken or harden. After fully thawing and thorough mixing, it fully restores its properties.

• Before treating the entire item, test on a less visible area first.
