Vlotho FULLER microcrack filler

VLOTHO FULLER — a professional microcrack filler based on polyurethane water dispersion. Designed to even out the surface of natural leather before dyeing and restoration. Fills small cracks, scratches, scuffs, and other minor defects, creating a smooth base for paint application.
After drying, it forms an elastic layer that sands well, does not crack during use, and helps achieve a more even and high-quality paint finish. Using VLOTHO FULLER reduces paint consumption and significantly improves the appearance of the restored surface.

APPLICATION

The product is used to prepare smooth natural leather before dyeing and restoration. Suitable for repairing shoes, bags, furniture, car interiors, clothing, leather accessories, and other items with small cracks, scuffs, and surface damage.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Clean and degrease the surface.

2. Apply a thin layer of the product with a spatula, sponge, or applicator.

3. Wait for it to dry completely. If needed, speed up the process with a warm hairdryer.

4. Sand the treated area with a sanding pad or fine-grit sandpaper.

5. Repeat application if necessary.

6. Once a smooth surface is achieved, degrease the treated area again and proceed with dyeing.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Not intended for filling deep cuts, tears, or through leather damage. For such defects, it is recommended to use VLOTHO restoration paste.

• Before dyeing, it is recommended to degrease the surface using VLOTHO ISO REINIGER or treat it with the solvent activator VLOTHO EXTER.

• Before treating the entire item, test on a less visible area first.
