Technical Description: Crosslinking agent for fluorocarbon resins.
Enhances water, oil, and dirt repellency even after multiple washes and withstands several dry cleanings.
Specifications: Appearance: white emulsion
Ionicity: nonionic
Composition: aqueous dispersion of blocked isocyanate, pH: 7.0-9.0
Solubility: soluble in cold water in any proportion
Added to Vlotho Lippe protective impregnation at 1-5%
Storage: 12 months under normal temperature conditions between 3 and 40°C
Product Features: Allows lowering the heat curing temperature of fluorocarbon resin (140°C)
Self-crosslinking effect observed within 1-2 days.
Enhances water, oil, and dirt repellency
Permanent water-repellent impregnation
Compatible with N-methyl resins
Provides a rich grain fill
Does not cause yellowing in light, temperature, or atmospheric exposure.
