Product Description
Quarzfüller Edge Primer is used to prepare the leather edge for painting. It contains quartz dust that helps create a mound effect and effectively fills the pores of loose leather types and even foam. Suitable for all leather types, it reduces paint consumption, improves adhesion, polishes well, fills seams, and maintains elasticity.
How to Use
- Shake well before use.
- Apply the primer to the edge. Avoid excessively thick layers.
- Allow to dry. Depending on the layer thickness and the absorbency of the treated surface, natural drying time may take up to 20 minutes. Drying with heat will speed up the process but will cause material shrinkage.
- Sand with fine sandpaper and degrease before applying the next layer. Application of layers 1.2 mm thick or more, more than twice, is not recommended.
Note
- When used with paint, application of layers 1.2 mm thick or more, more than three times, is not recommended.
- For painting the prepared edge, it is recommended to use Vlotho Edge paint.

- Store at temperatures from 5°C to 20°C
