Vlotho VORBEREITUNG Primer for leather repaint preparation

Primer - a specially formulated liquid base for preparing leather for painting. Vlotho Vorbereitung Primer removes dirt and old cream residues, strips protective coatings from the surface without damaging the leather. It opens the leather pores, ensuring better dye penetration and color fixation. For natural smooth leathers only; not recommended for synthetic leathers. Do not use for daily cleaning! Use only prior to painting. Primarily, Vlotho Vorbereitung is used to prepare leather for repainting by removing old, worn, and hardened coatings from the leather surface. Coatings applied during leather production harden and fade over time, becoming dull and unattractive. Using this preparation product along with abrasive materials allows you to remove old cracked paint, giving the leather a fresher look and making it much softer.

Ingredients: blend of organic solvents, alcohols, ethers

Directions for use: Brush to remove dust and dirt from the surface. For delicate leathers: apply the cleaner to the leather surface with a sponge or cloth, gently rub, and let dry completely. The leather should become uniformly matte. For coarse leathers: use the rough side of a dish sponge soaked with primer and rub vigorously until the surface turns matte. Painting can be done after the surface is fully dry. Attention: Be sure to wait until the product is completely dry before painting, and the entire surface must be matte.
