VLOTHO FARBENFLEX— professional water-based polyurethane paint for coloring and restoring soft smooth leather products. Suitable for full or partial color changes while preserving the natural softness, elasticity, and comfort of the material. After drying, it forms a durable, flexible, and water-resistant coating that is resistant to abrasion, bending, and everyday wear.
The paint does not stiffen the leather and retains its natural softness and elasticity after coloring, making it ideal for leather jackets, gloves, bags, clothing, furniture, car seats, and other soft smooth leather items. The coating maintains color richness and does not yellow over time.

APPLICATION
The paint is used for coloring and restoring natural soft smooth leather items: jackets, gloves, bags, shoes, furniture, car seats, leather goods, and other items requiring preservation of material softness and elasticity.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Clean the surface with VLOTHO LEDERREINIGER.
If the item has greasy stains or areas with increased soiling, treat them before coloring with VLOTHO FETTABSORBER.
Before coloring, treat the surface with the solvent-activator VLOTHO EXTER or degrease using VLOTHO ISO REINIGER.
Thoroughly mix the paint before use.
To enhance mechanical and chemical resistance of the coating when coloring items subject to heavy use (e.g., steering wheels or driver's seats), it is recommended to add VLOTHO CROSS LINKER in a quantity of 1–2%.
Apply the paint in a thin, even layer using a sponge, brush, or airbrush. Avoid getting paint on seam threads during application.
Dry each layer with a hairdryer.
Repeat application if necessary.
Light shades have less coverage and may require additional layers. Do not apply more than 6 layers.
After finishing, allow the item to cure for at least 12 hours.
To extend the coating's lifespan, treat the painted surface with the leather conditioner VLOTHO LEDERPFLEGE.
For a matte, semi-matte, or glossy finish, use the protective lacquer VLOTHO LEDERSCHUTZ with the desired level of gloss.

RECOMMENDATIONS
For repairing deep damage before dyeing, it is recommended to use the restoration paste VLOTHO and restoration adhesive VLOTHO.
Do not use on Alcantara, suede, nubuck, or velour.
When using matte varnish VLOTHO LEDERSCHUTZ a slight visual lightening of the shade may occur.
The product color on the screen may differ from the actual shade depending on the settings and color rendering characteristics of different devices.
