Vlotho FRILLE Dye for penetrating paints and leather creams (Concentrate)

VLOTHO FRILLE — professional concentrated dye for homemade penetrating paints and tinting various materials. Suitable for formulations based on water, alcohol, and solvents, allowing you to achieve coatings with the desired saturation, transparency, and color depth.
The dye can be used to create custom recipes as well as tint transparent bases, creams, fatliquors, dressings, and finishing coatings. The final properties of the prepared formulation depend on the chosen base, dye concentration, and compatibility of the components used.

APPLICATION

The dye is used for making penetrating paints, tinting transparent bases, polyurethane and acrylic materials, creams, fatliquors, dressings, and protective coatings during dyeing, restoration, and leather product manufacturing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Choose the base depending on the desired properties of the final formulation.

2. Add the dye in the recommended concentration from 3 to 10% of the total formulation weight.

3. Mix thoroughly until a fully homogeneous color is achieved.

4. When adding the dye to water-based polyurethane or acrylic dispersions, it is recommended to dilute it with water beforehand at a ratio of 1:1. This ensures more even dye distribution and easier mixing.

5. Before using the prepared formulation, it is advisable to perform a test dyeing on a small area of the material.

COMPATIBILITY

The dye is compatible with transparent bases VLOTHO ANILINFARBE, VLOTHO BAUZEN and VLOTHO LIMGO, as well as with dressing VLOTHO CARNAUBA SPRAY, fatliquor VLOTHO FRESHOIL, creams VLOTHO ANILINECREME and VLOTHO LUX.
For achieving a semi-transparent aniline effect, it can be used together with polyurethane paints VLOTHO FARBENFIX and VLOTHO FARBENFLEX, as well as for tinting lacquer for patent leather VLOTHO SUPERLACK.
